In detail:

Norway has relatively few drone laws. In addition to the above-mentioned regulations, there is a ban on flying over land, sea and air traffic. If you want to use the drone commercially, you have to follow a few other rules as well. This website is very helpful for an overview of the no-fly zones at airports. As everywhere, the privacy of other people is expected to be respected, especially when taking pictures.
