In detail:

The above mentioned laws are basic guidelines. To take off a safely and legally in Liechtenstein, it is necessary to take out insurance of at least CHF 1 million. In the case of drones weighing less than 500 g, only the laws of the nature reserves and the restricted zones still apply; in addition, there must always be visual line of sight to the drone. It is required that the privacy of other people is respected, and the same applies to animals. Animals should not be endangered or frightened. Flying in nature reserves is therefore prohibited. These areas are marked in yellow on the FOCA drone map, where you will also find the blue and red zones mentioned above. Blue zones are control areas and red zones are airfields. If you see an airplane outside the red zone, it is the responsibility of the drone owner to avoid it. It is also assumed that the drone pilot can maneuver the drone without any problems.

The FOCA flight checklist is helpful for a simple check of the laws before take-off.

Exceptions:

If you want to fly near an airfield, you have to contact the airfield. Here is a list of all listed airports and their contact persons. For larger airports this is necessary here. If you have a drone that weighs more than 30 kg, you must have it approved and checked by the FOCA. For other approvals in exceptional cases you can inquire here.
