In detail:

In Italy, the drone must have an electronic identification device. Fortunately, most DJI drones have this feature. If you want to use the drone commercially, you have to register it with ENAC – that costs 94 €. On commercial flights, the maximum altitude is increased to 150 m. The drone and the remote control must be labelled with the identification details of the system and the owner. Flying in the vicinity of sports events, concerts and other major events is not permitted.
