In Poland no registration of the drone is necessary. However, if you want to use the drone commercially, you have to pass some tests. This is not necessary if you are already recognised in another EU country. In the case of commercial use, sufficient insurance coverage is mandatory, but is also recommended for private flights. It is forbidden to fly over vehicles and roads. For flights in the capital Warsaw you also need the permission of the Polish Aviation Authority.
Exceptions:
For flights outside these rules, you must contact the Polish Air Traffic Control Authority.
