In detail:
In Argentina, every drone must be registered. Drone pilots between the ages of 16 and 18 are only allowed to fly under the supervision of an adult. Flights over people, in national parks and near sporting events are prohibited. In addition, the drone may only be used during the day. If you fly a drone commercially, you must have an insurance and pass an exam. You can read more about this on the ANAC website. If you fly in control zones, the maximum altitude is 43 m.
